All orders are shipped within 7 working days, if you need an order by a certain date, please email me BEFORE you place an order to check if I can dispatch it quicker. This is not a guarantee so please check via hello@byheatherfilby.com

Please be mindful that I will dispatch your order within 7 working days (Mon-Fri), this doesn't include postage time. 

I can't track your order, unless you upgrade to tracking and once I have dispatched your order it is very hard for me to give you a delivery update. Please be aware there can be Postal delays and if you want to keep updated with your delivery, I recommend paying for tracking.

There is also an option for FREE COLLECTION from SE20, Crystal Palace, South London. Once your order is ready I will send the full address and we can work out a time for collection. Please be mindful that arrangement for collection of orders will also be processed within 7 working days. I don't pack orders daily, and I trade at a lot of markets so I am not always home. Please keep this is mind if you choose the collection option. 

PLEASE also remember that I will send you a full address and be in touch with you when your order is ready so please don't send me multiple emails about your order as this will delay the process.

Every item will be dispatched within 7 working days from purchase.

For UK orders I use Royal Mail. For International orders I use Royal Mail Tracked.

If you are based in the EU you may be subject to Customs charges so please take that into consideration.

If you are ordering from outside the UK you may be subject to extra taxes when receiving your item. Please be aware of this!

Please note, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

 

Returns Policy. 

If you change your mind about your order and would like to exchange or return it, please get in touch within 14 days of receving it.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non refundable. 

Items must be sent back in the original packaging, unworn and in the same condition sent out. 

Bespoke orders are also non refundable.
