Sizing and Colours
- Please be aware that colours of items may differ on different screens.
- Size of pieces will be on each listing, please take note of this when ordering. Measurements will include fish hook if that is the style of the earring.  

Please note, all earrings are photographed on a A6 backing card to give a clearer view of the earring. My earring dispatch cards are A7.

If for any reason you can not find the size please send me a message to double check :)

PLEASE check the earring measurements before ordering as I cannot accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons. 

Findings
- All earrings have options to be made with Silver Plated or Gold Plated findings that are HYPOALLERGENIC which is perfect for sensitive ears. If you would like Sterling Silver or Clip Ons please choose that option when adding to basket. 

Aftercare/ Repairs Service
- All By Heather Filby jewellery is handmade, so each piece is individual and tiny imperfections may occur, making every piece unique.  If you treat yours with care, you will be able to wear it for a long time. 
-Avoid spraying earrings with solvents such as perfume, deodorant or hairspray

- Take care when removing stud backs so as not to damage the posts

- Keep away from intense heat

- Remove earrings before swimming, bathing and sleeping.

- Do not bend and try not to drop your earrings

- Store separately from other items to avoid scratching

- Sterling silver and silver plate can oxidise when exposed to air, this isn't a fault and can be cleaned using a silver cloth.

- Resin can be a delicate material and In the unlikely chance, the post comes off your earring please get in touch at hello@byheatherfilby.com
